Every Lakshmi Healing creation begins with its own intention. Sometimes inspiration arrives intuitively or during meditation; sometimes a blend is developed with a particular feeling, experience or stage of life in mind. Flower essences are at the heart of our work, selected for their individual energetic qualities and thoughtfully combined with liquid crystal and gem essences, carefully chosen essential oils where appropriate, and Reiki.

Our approach is deeply personal. We may consider moon cycles and meaningful moments in the making process, but no two creations are intended to be interchangeable. Each carries the particular intention held throughout its development.

What are flower essences?

Flower essences are preparations used in vibrational and energetic wellbeing traditions. In our practice, each flower is appreciated for its distinct energetic qualities and the intention it inspires. Flower essences are central to how Lakshmi Healing creations are developed. Their proposed energetic effects are part of a complementary spiritual practice, rather than established medical treatments.

What are liquid crystal and gem essences?

Liquid crystal and gem essences are used within energetic and spiritual traditions to explore qualities symbolically associated with different stones. We select them with care alongside flower essences and the particular intention of each creation. They are not substitutes for medical care.

Are flower essences the same as essential oils?

No. Flower essences and essential oils are prepared differently. Essential oils are concentrated aromatic plant extracts; flower essences are preparations used for their intended energetic qualities. Some Lakshmi Healing mists contain essential oils, while dosage essences have different formulations. Always read the specific product's ingredient information. We cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.

How do I choose the right Lakshmi Healing creation?

Begin by exploring the intention behind each creation, then notice what resonates with you. You may be drawn to an essence whose description closely reflects your experience, or to something entirely different. For example, a person navigating grief might feel drawn to Ojas rather than Saṃsāra. We believe there is value in trusting your own intuition, without feeling obliged to select a particular blend because of a label or life circumstance. You are welcome to ask questions, but the choice remains yours.

What is the difference between a mist and a dosage essence?

Our mists are created for an aromatic and intentional experience in your personal space, with essential oils included where appropriate. Our dosage essences are a different format made with flower, crystal and gem essences. They are not necessarily interchangeable and we do not claim one format works faster or is medically more effective than another. Please follow the directions and ingredient information on the individual product.

Can I use dosage essences alongside medication?

Dosage essence formulations may include alcohol used as a preservative. If you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure about an ingredient, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not stop or alter prescribed treatment in favour of an essence. Contact us about the formulation if you need more information.

Are your creations suitable for children or animals?

Suitability depends on the individual product, its ingredients and the person or animal involved. We cannot make a general safety guarantee. Essential oils and alcohol-containing preparations may be unsuitable for some children or animals. Ask a qualified healthcare professional or veterinarian before use, and keep products out of reach of children and pets unless otherwise directed.

Can flower essences cause side effects?

People's experiences differ. We cannot promise that a product is free of side effects, sensitivities or allergic reactions. Stop using a product if you experience an unwanted reaction and seek appropriate professional advice. Please review the ingredients and directions before use.

Can I share my experience with Lakshmi Healing?

Yes, if you feel comfortable doing so. We welcome genuine reflections about what drew you to a creation, how you chose to incorporate it into your life and what the experience meant to you. Are Lakshmi Healing products medical treatments?

No. Lakshmi Healing creations are offered as complementary wellbeing and spiritual products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical or psychological conditions and should never replace qualified healthcare, counselling, veterinary advice or prescribed medication.
