Earth honours late summer and the transitions between seasons. In the Five Elements tradition it is associated with nourishment, the Spleen and Stomach, and the movement toward a centred, grounded state. Its energetic intention is stability, patience and belonging.
At the heart of this creation are carefully selected flower, liquid crystal and gem essences, brought together for their complementary energetic intentions. Reiki and aromatic essential oils complete the formulation.

How to use
Shake gently and mist into the surrounding air in a ventilated space during meditation, journalling or your personal ritual. Avoid the face and eyes and be mindful of fragrance sensitivities, children and animals.
