Mindfulness Dosage Essence
Mindfulness was created for moments when your thoughts or sensory experiences feel busy, yet you want to remain present and connected to what matters. Its intention centres on focus, awareness, calm attention and finding a little more space around competing demands.
You might feel drawn to Mindfulness while studying, preparing for an exam, working towards a deadline or simply reflecting on how your energy and enthusiasm meet the people around you. It is an invitation to practise mindful presence, not a promise to improve concentration or address learning difficulties.
Lakshmi Healing Dosage Essences bring together thoughtfully selected flower essences, liquid crystal and gem essences, with care and intention. Please refer to the product label for ingredients and directions. Individualised essences may also be available; contact Lakshmi Healing to discuss a particular intention.
Please note: These are complementary wellbeing creations, not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent health conditions, and do not replace qualified medical care or prescribed treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, selecting for a child, taking medication or managing a health condition, seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional before use.
